Dr. Mohamed Abdi, an alumnus of the University of Minnesota Medical School, completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at Queen’s University Academic Health Science Centre, where he excelled as chief resident. His dedication to medical education was recognized with the Michael and Betty Dicketts Scholarship. Currently, Dr. Abdi is a practitioner at a hospital-based facility, providing comprehensive coverage across all sites, with a specific emphasis on FSRT and Head & Neck cases.

Apart from his clinical role, Dr. Abdi serves as an associate editor at Advances in Radiation Oncology, contributing to the advancement of the field. Previously, he held the position of President of the Medical School Alumni Board. Presently, he passionately devotes time to mentoring residents and medical students, fostering the growth and development of the next generation in the field of medicine.
